The quality control department includes three units in the manufacturing sections and a separate unit in rehabilitation site.
Their duties in production sections consists of material control, laboratory, and quality control of the products from the very first stage of the part-manufacturing to the final stage.
By having recourse to the international and UIC standards, the material control unit oversees any pre-fabricated items or material which enters the plant for manufacture process.
Their laboratory unit consists of the physics , chemistry and mechanics laboratory. The physics and mechanics laboratory conducts Non- Destructive Testing ( NDT ) and the Destructive Testing (DT).
The chemical analysis of the material is carried out in the chemistry laboratory by spectrophotometers and spectrometers.
The on-line Quality Control Unit allows manufacturing of the parts during the process as well as the material and the dimensions of the pieces in conformity with the quality control standards.
In order to improve the production quality,
the company has always placed on its agenda the technical training of the
personnel, attachment of international technical certificates, and enhancement
the technical knowledge of the staff.
